Refund Policy

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refund may be eligible under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation by the Customer: If a customer cancels a booking, eligibility for refund is subject to the cancellation policy associated with the specific service (e.g., flights, hotels, tours).
  • Service Disruption: In the event of a significant disruption or cancellation of services by Shariq Tourism Tourism Trips Organizing LLC OPC or service provider.


REFUND PROCESS

  • Customers must submit refund requests directly through our website: www.shariqtourism.ae/refund
  • Refund requests should include the receipt, details of the service, and the reason for the refund.


CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

  • For cancellations initiated by the customer, refund will be processed based on the cancellation policy of the specific service. Customers are encouraged to review and understand the cancellation policies associated with their bookings.
  • No-shows are generally non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Shariq Tourism Tourism Trips Organizing LLC OPC of any changes to their travel plans.


REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date the refund request is received and approved.
  • The actual time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect to the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO REFUND

Refund will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to comply with the cancellation policy and procedure.
  • Changes of disruptions caused by events beyond the control of Shariq Tourism Tourism Trips Organizing LLC OPC (force majeure events).
  • Non-compliance with the travel documentation requirements leading to denied boarding or entry.


 REFUND METHODS

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
  • In the case of payments made by credit card, refunds will be processed to the same credit card for the initial transaction.

 CHANGES TO REFUND POLICY

  • Shariq Tourism Tourism Trips Organizing LLC OPC reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy without prior notice.
  • Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically.


OTHERS

  • When a refund is issued to our account by our supplier or a service provider, a 10% convenience fee will be deducted.
  • You can store your fund as a Travel Credit for twelve (12) months.
  • Travel Credit can be used to purchase any of our services.
